Tuition & Rates

Coeur d’Alene Learning Center has many opportunities to fit a parent’s schedule. We provide care for children ages 6 weeks – 6 years. Parents can choose the schedule that best suits their family’s needs.

Children may attend 2 – 5 days per week full day. We are here to help support your family’s needs!

Policies & Procedures

Coeur d’Alene Learning Center accepts the following methods of payment: Tuition Express, cash, money order or cashier’s check. Tuition is paid on the 5th of every month, No exceptions.

If tuition is not paid by the 5th of the month, a $25 late fee will be added if the entire account balance is not paid by the end of the month and unpaid child will not be allowed to return until the balance is paid in full. All days reserved at Coeur d’Alene Learning Center are paid whether your child attends or not.

State Child Subsidy Clients

Coeur d’Alene Learning Center is authorized to receive payments from ICCP. Subsidy clients may have a monthly co-payment that is set by the childcare contract with ICCP. We require that all co-payments are paid on the 5th of the month. All payment policies and procedures for self-billed clients still apply to subsidy clients. 

Refund Policy

Coeur d’Alene Learning Center does not issue refunds; in the event you have over-paid, the credit will be applied to your next week’s tuition. In the event you have a balance after your child’s last day, all applicable fees including the two weeks’ notice required will be subtracted from any balance prior to a final refund being issues. Checks for this are cut monthly and will be mailed according to our monthly bill payment schedule.

Receipts & Statements

Receipts are available upon request. Annual statements for tax and accounting purposes are available upon request as long as the account reflects a zero balance.
